Q 1. What is the offer on Namaste India App?

Q 2. How can I participate in the campaign?

You can participate in the promotion by purchasing Namaste India subscription and following the redemption steps mentioned under how to redeem section on the campaign website.

Q 3. Where will I find the 10-digit code?

You will find the 10 Digit alphanumeric code through Email-id post subscription.

Q 4. How many times can I participate in the campaign?

You can participate 2 times under this promotion. You cannot register more than 2 voucher codes from the same mobile number.

Q 5. How do I use / register the unique code?

When your customer buys the subscription he/she will receive the unique code through email-id.

He / She has to either scan the QR code or visit the website www.namasteindia.topflix.in

1- Enter the following details to receive the claim code
  • Unique Code
  • Name
  • E-mail id
  • Mobile Number
  • State/City
  • Captcha

On successful Registration customer will receive the booking code on the registered mobile number to be used on Booking Tab.

Step 2: Booking

Enter the Booking Code and Select your City / Region / Area

Customer will have to then provide two different options of Theatre, Movie and preferred show date and time to place your booking request

On Successful submission, our backend team will process the ticket for him/her within 24-48 hours prior to your show time.

Q 6. I have messaged as per step mentioned but did not receive the claim code. What should I do?

Please check if your SMS inbox is full or have you registered on DND service. If you are still unable to receive the SMS reply please call our help desk support number on - 022-66067000.

Q 7. I received a reply “Voucher code already used”. What should I do?

Please call our Help desk support on - 022-66067000 from Monday to Friday between 10:30 am and 5 pm or email us at helpdesk@toprewards.in

Q 8. Can I go to the multiplex and directly use the voucher to book the tickets?

No, you cannot go to multiplex direlty.

Q 9. Are these movie vouchers transferable?

No, they are not transferable

Q 10. What is the campaign validity?

The campaign is valid from 3 months from the date of going live.

Q11. Once I book the movie tickets can I cancel/amend the booking?

No, you cannot cancel the ticket once it’s booked.

Q 12.Will I get to select the movie and the show of my preference?

Yes, you can select the movie and show preference on the booking tab.

Q 13. Can I get to select the seats of my choice?

No, you cannot select the seat of your preference, but we’ll give the best option available.
