i) Customer cannot present this voucher directly at the cinema hall.
ii) Voucher cannot be clubbed with any other existing offer.
iii) The booking details will be sent to the email id from which he/she has registered with.
iv) A customer can redeem only twice voucher per mobile no per house hold per lifetime.
v) Tickets once issued cannot be cancelled or amended or changed.
vi) No two vouchers can be combined or registered or booked on the same date.
vii) This voucher entitles the user to get 1 movie tickets at any cinema mentioned on the
Campaign website.
viii) Customers can avail the voucher for all shows from Monday to Thursday and morning
shows from Friday to Sunday.
ix) Booking date is not valid for special shows/public/national holidays, 3’D Shows, First
Week releases and Special Screening if any.
x) The Offer is open to residents of India above 18 years of age (“Participant”), except
employees, agents, dealers, distributors, clients, and immediate families of the
employees of Namaste India, and Agency.
xi) Entry to the Offer is void in States where prohibited/not allowed.
xii) The voucher has no monetary value, is non-transferable, is non encashable and cannot
be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.
xiii) In case of any misuse or reverse engineering or fraud or disruption caused to the offer
by any person and if the same is identified, Namaste India and Agency shall have the
right to deny the participation or eligibility in the Offer and may take such action as may
be allowed under applicable law.
xiv) In case of force majeure conditions, no liability in whatsoever manner shall fall upon the
both the parties. Agency shall not be liable for any loss or damage due to the Act of God,
Governmental actions, other force majeure circumstances and shall not be liable to pay
any amount as compensation or otherwise for any such loss. This offer is subject to
promotional availability and government regulations including lockdown restrictions
caused due to the pandemic.
xv) By participating in the Program, each participant agrees to hold harmless both the
parties and their affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents, as well as all others
associated with the development and execution of this Program, from and against any
and all liability with respect to or in any way arising from this Program, the awarding and
use, misuse or possession of the prize including liability for personal injury, except where
prohibited or limited by law.
xvi) Agency, its clients, agents and distributors cannot replace any lost, stolen or damaged
vouchers and reserve the right to withdraw or amend any details and/or prices without
notice.
xvii) The Offer cannot be redeemed after the expiry of the Offer Period and the
participant agrees to waive off right of redemption on the date of expiry of Offer Period.
No new Unique Code will be issued in the event of original being stolen/ lost by the
Claimant or receiver.
xviii) If the participant has registered to the DND of the telecom provider/ the participant
has registered with National Do Not Call Registry/ Participant has specifically requested
for not receiving messages for the specific campaign, he might not receive campaign
messages and Namaste India and Agency are not liable for the same.
